1. Create a task that comes back
Add a real-life action you want to repeat: replace a filter, descale an appliance, wash the car, water a plant or check a document. Choose its category and icon so it stays easy to find.
2. Enter the last completion
AGOZI starts from what actually happened, not an arbitrary date in a long list. Enter the day the action was last completed. This date becomes the starting point for the reminder cycle.
3. Choose your interval
Set how many days, weeks or calendar months should pass before the action needs your attention again. You choose the interval that fits your situation; AGOZI does not prescribe maintenance, care or inspection schedules.
Days and weeks
Useful for actions that return often, such as household tasks or caring for a plant.
Calendar months
The calculation follows real calendar months instead of using a rough number of days.
4. See the next due date
AGOZI calculates the next date and groups the dashboard into clear states: overdue, due soon or up to date. The most urgent items come first without requiring you to maintain a full calendar.
5. Receive a useful reminder
Notifications are scheduled locally on the device. AGOZI can remind you at the due date and again a few days later if the action has not been marked as done. Android battery settings can sometimes affect the exact delivery time.
6. Tap “Done today”
Once the action is complete, one tap records the new date, keeps the history and starts the next cycle. Undo lets you immediately reverse an accidental completion.
Private by default, shared when you choose
Private tracking works without an account and stays local. If a recurring responsibility concerns two people, you can create an account and share only that item. Everything else remains private.
